because I can really help you. 

Thank you for sharing the essential information that I needed to know that help me analyze and assess your
business model, your challenges, your needs and your goals.
You have mentioned that:

1. You wanted to have a website so you can share it to prospect clients who ask for it most of the time. 
2. You need someone to help you with your digital marketing because it is not your zone of genius and you have no time to do it anymore. 
3. You did not see the need to collect data such as email or phone number from your customers because you relied on the traditional way of marketing ( word of mouth/ good number of customers from the neighboring districts)
4. Due to this pandemic, your business is also affected, thus, you now want to explore digital marketing but you have no idea how to do it.
5. Your goals right now: 
* make your business and your new offerings known in the market.
* reach out to other possible customers aside from professional photographers since the market is badly affected.
* you want to start digital marketing( the correct way) for your business

Having all these information, I was able to craft a strategy that we can implement within 30 Days.

CAMPAIGN FOCUS: 
Since we are starting from scratch, we will be focusing on the basic foundation of digital marketing which is identification of your ideal customer, their biggest challenge that we want to solve and the strategy on how to help them. 

THE STRATEGY: 

1. Market Research -
We need to find out who is our ideal customer and come up with a client persona so that it will serve as our guide in every marketing tactics that we do. 
We will find out the keywords or exact words they type when searching for your products /services.
We will take a look at our competitors and get some inspiration on how we can make better than them
We try to find out where your target market is hanging out so we can directly ask questions from them. 
We will also research possible articles , videos, anything valuable materials that we can share on our page so we become a source of inspiration, education or hope. 
  
2. Content Creation 
We need to create materials such as graphic designs, memes and short introduction to every posts. 
We will prepare a content calendar good for 30 days so we have valuable contents ready for posting before asking our friends to like the page. 
Likes will help the page gain the TRUST factor and at the same time they will be notified everytime we post something on our page wall. 
In order to automate the lead generation process, we need to prepare the script and identify the necessary data that we will be collecting for future marketing campaigns.
 
3. Campaign Set Up
We need to set up the flows and sequences of the chatbot so it can answer the FAQs even if no one is available to reply. 

We will integrate a one time Facebook Ads with Manychat inorder to reach out to one possible ( food indusrty ) 

4. Set Up and Run Facebook Ads to get leads for one of your major services. 
We will be creating a short video ( if there's no available video yet )
We will craft the ad copy and matched with ad creatives.
We will run this for 7 Days and spend 1K pesos only.

TIMELINE

Once the payment is made, this is how our weekly schedule will look like.

Week 1 - I will be doing market research 
Week2 - I will prepare contents for posting, for script, for ads
Week 3 - I will already work on the set up 
Week 4- I will be running the ads, tweak, edit, delete any campaign that is not converting, and analyze data after the 7 days.


THE INVESTMENT:
Considering the situation we are facing, I have two options for you to choose from. 

Option A: Php 15K Only . Inclusive of all the strategies outlined above.
Option B: Php 7K Only PLUS 2K for every 5 leads generated by our campaign.

For option A you may pay 50% upfront then pay the balance at the end of the month. 

For option B, pay upfront then just pay the additional fee after the campaign period if we get a good number of leads. Otherwise, it will still be a win-win experience for both of us.

Truth be told, I am excited to execute this plan with you so we can already  prepare Kae Digiprints for the future, during the new normal situation.
